Aston Villa are going through a great run of form at the moment and have won their last four Premier League games in succession. Liverpool have had a well documented awful run in the league so far and a trip to Aston Villa is the last thing beleaguered boss Rafa Benitez will want. The Reds have only won twice in the Premier League in their last nine attempts and they have also been eliminated from the Champions League and the Carling Cup. They are also a full eight points behind the coveted fourth position, currently occupied by Aston Villa, while Rafa Benitez himself has “promised” Liverpool fans that their team will finish in one of the Champions League spots.
